You all know how much I love my big shot! Well ever since Madeleine became obsessed with butterflies I knew I had to make her some hair clips. So easy and every single one comes out perfect with the Big Shot!
Supplies (you can click the links for product information)
Big Shot 
Butterfly dies
Hair Clips
(I bought mine from the craft store but these would work)Felt
Hotglue/gun
Use the die to cut your butterflies, (2 of each colour per clip) See how easy they cut out!
Pop one butterfly in the clip then add glue
Press the second butterfly right over the top
Yep she loved them (so did Max but I wouldn't let him wear them...online or out of the house :P)
I knocked out six in about 20 minutes they were ready to go.
DIY Delight or Disaster? Oh these are the best, you can make them on the fly with moments to spare and my little butterfly lover was thrilled, poor Max doesn't get why he cant have butterflies in his hair....I'm sure that will come back to haunt him LOL Delight!

ReplyDeleteMadeleine looks adorable in her mom-made butterfly hair clips. These would make good magnets too. Make Max some clips with bow ties or trucks to attach to his shirts.
