Kids, They're Sending Me Insane!!!

Remember how I mentioned Madeleine broke my iPad? Still grieving, but since the broken iPad has a spunky new case I thought the phone should get one too.

Then again it may have something to do with Max, and him not wanting to be outdone with the whole smashing of Apple products that's been going on here lately! Seriously have been crying.

So with a clear case and a bottle of wine (not pictured).

I decided to print my blog header and ran it through the stick maker, using the laminated sticker refill.

Stuck it on and trimmed all the edges and holes.

Then before I could finish Samuel decided since he is not an American, he would like to update the one my brother and sister in law brought him from New York 2 years ago.

So I made him a Skyrim one.

DIY Delight or Disaster? Again quick and easy, Delight. Also thankfully Max only smashed the back screen so with a new case it's something I can avoid replacing. I'm so mad though I literally had it out of a cover for five minutes while testing something on the camera. Of course the smashed phone resulted in some pretty ordinary photos and to be honest I was so frazzled I didn't even care!

So that's 2/5 of them on Santa's naughty list, as a precaution I am going to wrap my laptop in bubble wrap!

Thanks for reading,

 Mel xo

  1. Nice job! I love how you had to change out the American flag for Samuel since he's not "American" lol.

  4. Well done and they look great. Yes I have had a smashed screen on my iPad (I fell over on a road) and my iPhone (I dropped it at work on a concrete floor). Both very close and both rather expensive to replace!

  5. Kids can be destructive little buggers, can't they? Brings out the creative in you, though. The covers look great. :)

  7. Oh dear! Must be something in the air, my littlest has turned into a tiny terror - the amount of times he has dropped (thrown) my phone after shouting hewo! into it and not getting a response. I am surprised it still works! On the plus side tho, you have a fab new phone cover. xx

  8. This is so crafty. I love your blog header and it looks really cute on your Iphone. I could see people going to town with this idea using their own photos!

  9. D'oh! Well, hey, it's all good. You looked on the bright side of things and now you've got a couple really great looking cases. And know to never, ever, ever take your phone out of its case again. Never. Don't do it.
