Now it's time for the Baby Advent.
Since babies in general have no clue as to why everyone is so excited, it doesn't take much to please them. The other issue with babies is they can't eat lollies and Max has a reaction to chocolate.
I came up with this idea as a way to make sure he gets to join in and since it made from cans of baby food, it's also handy for when we are jumping around to all the activities at this time of year
Supplies:
- 2 inch circle punch
- Christmas Scrap book paper
- Scrap book advent stickers
- 24 cans of baby food
Arrange the Christmas tree shape
Arrange the circles as desired
Add the Stickers
Then jingle the bells your done!
This literally took me 15 minutes.
DIY Disaster or Delight? I'm going with delight, it's easy and functional, double win! As for Max I don't know that he will care so long as his belly is full.
Did you give your babies advents or wait till they were older?
Also don't forget all week it's
And if you missed it

What an incredibly sweet advent calendar. With those cheeks, Max definitely looks as though he likes to have a full belly :). Another GREAT and easy project!
ReplyDeleteIf you did this with baby food Jars, you could wash the jars after use, and then reuse the next year with pieces of a bigger toy or lots of little toys etc...
ReplyDeleteVery cute idea!
