Hey guys,
Happy Wednesday! Here's what I've been giggling at this week.
Umm I am the worst for this, seriously Jules sys I should organise witness protection since no one can ever find me, usually it because the phones on silent and I don't hear it.
Samuel was telling me about a math problem they were working on today and the working out took an entire page. I texted him this, I believe in giving the kids hope for the future.
While we're on the subject of awesome parenting, here's a tip that I need to look into.
With 5 kids sometimes I get over baking birthday cakes, somehow I don't think they'd appreciate this gesture.
I love helpful public service announcements, but umm really??
Keep laughing,
Mel xo
Oh, how funny! -Marci @ Stone Cottage Adventures
ReplyDeleteToo funny! Keep em coming!
ReplyDeleteHa on the swing!! That really is genius, buwahhaa
ReplyDeleteLOL I had to send the math problem joke to my son in law (a math teacher)! Cheers and a Happy Wednesday Mel!
ReplyDeleteI am going to adopt that birthday cake strategy! It's well within my skill set!
ReplyDeleteHahaha! Grace was obsessed with the swings for 4 years. I remember standing there pushing her, wondering if I would ever be free from swing pushing. The string is genius :).
ReplyDeleteMel, you could use the cake idea for many occasions! You have made my cold, dreary Wednesday happy and brighter!
ReplyDeleteNow that my son is finally done with school, he was just saying how freeing it is not to have to do homework anymore. That kids swing string is so funny. I wonder how many parents have actually done something like that when no one was looking, =P
ReplyDeleteThe last one reminds me of being at Harbourfront in Toronto. All along the cement pier they have signs that say waters edge. Honestly, if you can't tell the difference between cement and water you deserve to drown!
ReplyDeleteThe cake. Definitely the cake.

Oh, these were good. :) As somebody who constantly has her phone on silent and loses it, I can relate.
